Sonic: Generations - Nintendo 3DS

Sonic Generations for Nintendo 3DS is a different side-scrolling platformer to it's home console counterpart and is closer in gameplay to Sonic Rush. Classic stages are similar in feel to those on the other version, but with the addition of a homing attack to target enemies mid-jump. Modern stages are similar to the classic stages but are based more around building up speed and occasionally make use of multiple planes. Boss stages take place in circular arenas, while Bonus stages are similar to those in Sonic Heroes where Sonic races the Chaos Emerald through a tube.
