In this very first episode ever, the Pokemon story begins with our hero, Ash, in his hometown of Pallet. The day he has been waiting for has finally arrived; he can now begin his journey, leading him toward his destiny to become the Greatest Pokemon Master of All Time! Ash receives his first Pokemon, Pikachu, and their journey and friendship begin.

Here Comes the Squirtle Squad
A company of Squirtles have joined forces with Team Rocket and stand in the path of our heroes’ enthusiastic march. After a battle ensues, it becomes apparent that Team Rocket has deserted the Squirtles, and even endangered them. Ash and his love of Pokemon prevails, and he must save a Squirtle from certain doom.

Each GBA video pack holds full-color, full-motion video and plays on a Game Boy Advance or Game Boy Advance SP. Just plug the GBA video pack into your GBA and it'll start playing automatically. You can use the controls to select an episode, fast forward, rewind, pause, and chapter skip. No additional hardware is required, however we do recommend the use of headphones. And one final note, GBA video cartridges are not compatible with Game Boy Player; GBA video is all about enjoying your favorite video on the go!
