The LEGO Movie Videogame - Xbox One

The LEGO Movie Videogame is a third-person action-adventure game based on the 2014 animated film The Lego Movie. Just like the previous LEGO games by Tt Games it offers a world where the characters are built entirely using LEGO bricks. For this title all the environments are also made out of LEGO bricks, a first for the series, and LEGO itself is also the primary source material instead of adapting a different franchise to the LEGO style.

The game follows the plot of the film closely and contains fragments from the film as cut-scenes. It starts with the player controlling the wizard Vitruvius as he attempts to defend his super weapon The Kragle against Lord Business and his robot minions. He is unsuccessful but tells Lord Business about the prophecy that one day the special one, a master builder, will stand up with the piece of resistance that holds the power to disarm The Kragle. The game then moves forward more than eight years to the protagonist Emmet Brickowski, an ordinary construction worker who will accidentally find the piece of resistance.
